Beautiful sunny day today, pity its only 5 deg C.  Left about 1000 on our way to Warminster.

Great scenery because of the sunny day.  Stopped in a small village, near the church, and had morning tea.

Stopped for lunch in a farmer’s driveway.  There were lots of different birds, including large flocks of starlings, a few pheasants and a few cows grazing.  The farmer came up and feed the cattle.

Further up the road we stopped and had a browse around Shaftesbury.  A quaint old town with lots of churches.  Here we met a lady with a three-legged dog that was operated on (12 weeks ago) by the Super Vet of TV fame.  It tried to scratch its ear with it non-existent leg, the owner called it over and scratched it for him.

Then on to Warminster were we popped into the town to do some shopping before retiring to the hotel.
