Today we have been left home alone with the dog while Gilly and Arthur went off to a friend’s birthday overnight.

Early afternoon we went to Cotehele, that was an ancestral home that has been kept much as it was and is now run by the National Trust.  They had a Christmas garland hanging from the ceiling.  We had a walk around the garden then had afternoon tea.
