Packed up this morning ready for the drive to Plymouth. Headed off past the supermarket to pick up
some lunch.
Drove to Midsomer Norton to see if we could see anything about
the popular TV show Midsomer Murders. But
couldn’t find any reference to it and we managed to escape with our lives!!
On the road again to Exeter. When we got there we noticed that the NavMan said
it was still a hundred miles to Plymouth and the sign on the side of the road said
it was 45 miles. Stopped in a park and drive
to sort it out. Put a different destination
in so we would go through Dartmoor.
Jude’s sort of road likes! Narrow, windy and steep. It was great driving! Jude wanted to see some more Dartmoor ponies. We saw three, but Jude said she would wait until
we saw a bigger group, we didn’t see any more.
Got to Gilly and Arthurs. Couldn’t find their house. Turns out number 17 is between 9 and 10 down a
side road!!
Arthur had go to a presentation, so Gilly took us into Plymouth
to the Hoe for a service at the War Memorial.
